Oriental spice recommendations please? - spice rack plans
I intend to give a friend a spice rack of Christmas - it is really in the kitchen, but herb / spice collection is very necessary! Above all, he loves Chinese, Japanese and Thai. Can anyone recommend herbs for this type of cuisine that I have to make sure? (There are new things, please!)
